Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide professional, friendly, and engaging service to our guests
  • Assist guests with menu items and beverage options
  • Serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner
  • Set tables according to event specifications and Fairmont standards
  • Follow outlet policies, procedures, and service standards
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in the culinary field required
  • Previous service experience an asset
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
