At Adyen, we're committed to providing innovative and ethical solutions that help businesses achieve their ambitions faster. As a Kyc Analyst, you'll play a critical role in assessing confidential information provided by merchants and driving Adyen's growth and impact.
Key Responsibilities:- Communicate directly with merchants and be the first point of contact for onboarding-related matters.
- Perform Kyc checks on sub-merchants, collect and verify relevant documentation, and iterate on the process flow.
- Be an internal product advocate, track product processes, and contribute to the platform by feeding back feedback and issues received from merchants.
- Be an internal advisor for onboarding-related questions in the local office.
- Have a great sense of responsibility and take ownership for your work.
- Have a natural tendency to be curious and think outside of the box.
- Be a great communicator with a strong team spirit, not afraid to step out of your comfort zone.
- Have an analytical and critical mindset.
- Get a sense of achievement from solving operational problems and helping others.
- Have an affinity for Onboarding/KYC/CDD and operational processes, and be interested in learning more about it.
- Can speak and write English fluently; additional languages will be considered a plus.
