Job Description

As a Category Management Analyst at ALDI, you will play a key role in driving business growth by analyzing market trends, consumer behavior, and category performance. Your expertise will help us optimize our product offerings, improve sales, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze market data and consumer insights to identify opportunities for category growth and optimization.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve product assortment, pricing, and promotion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of category plans.
  • Provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions and drive revenue growth.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the retail or consumer goods industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights effectively.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in tools such as IRI, Nielsen, and Kantar, with experience in consumer insights and market analysis.
