About Our Client

Nordic Jobs Worldwide is a leading recruitment agency specializing in connecting Nordic talent with companies worldwide. Our client offers innovative solutions to streamline property valuations and sales processes, focusing on efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a wide range of administrative tasks with high efficiency, ensuring the smooth daily operation of the office.
  • Plan and coordinate meetings and events, maintaining the calendar and appointments for management.
  • Prepare and edit documents and presentations, maintaining the office's administrative systems and procedures.
  • Support management with various ad hoc tasks, managing office supplies and materials.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in Danish and advanced English skills required.
  • EU passport.
  • Experience in customer service and administrative work.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexible and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
