About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Alstom. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in supporting the business in achieving its strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • HR Business Partner: Provide proactive, valued-added input to managers on HR-related matters, including talent acquisition, development, and retention.
  • Talent Acquisition: Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent, ensuring a diverse and inclusive workforce.
  • HR Operations: Manage various employment contract types, benefits, and policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and support the Performance Management Cycle, including annual and semi-annual performance reviews, merit increases, and development plans.
  • Employee Relations: Handle expatriate immigration and settling-in processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
  • HR Analytics: Monitor HR-related costs, including training, recruitment, and other programs, to ensure expenditures stay within budget.
Requirements
  • Education: University degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Studies, Social Science, or Economics.
  • Experience: 3 years of HR experience in a similar industry or environment, with generalist HR management experience covering all areas of HR practice.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, commercial and business acumen, influencing and persuasion skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
