About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Traffic Team as a Logistics Specialist. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of daily tasks and maintaining high standards of service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor supplier performance and address any issues to maintain high standards
  • Assist customer service teams with inquiries about order statuses and delivery concerns
  • Handle returned orders and resolve logistic problems to keep operations running smoothly
  • Arrange for carriers to pick up orders manually from producers
  • Manage complaints from suppliers and carriers, helping to resolve and approve them
  • Work with the team to improve systems and processes with suppliers to prevent future delays and complaints
Requirements
  • Fluency in English: Excellent command of English is essential
  • Proficiency in additional European languages is a plus
  • Full-Time Availability: Willingness to work full-time, including early hours
  • Creative Problem-Solver: Ability to come up with innovative solutions to problems
