Job Summary: Entravision is seeking an HR Generalist to support our dynamic team in Barcelona. This role combines administrative tasks with HR responsibilities, requiring a strong understanding of organizational success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with management to recruit, select, and hire new employees.
- Participate in interviews and evaluations to ensure a fair and effective hiring process.
- Provide seamless onboarding for new hires by offering information on company policies, procedures, and necessary resources.
- Identify training needs and assist in organizing professional development programs for employees.
- Serve as a point of contact for HR-related queries, including permissions, compensation, and other HR matters.
- Contribute to organizing business unit events to strengthen our organizational culture and values.
- Assist with office operations, working closely with management and the marketing department.
- Provide information to the Payroll team regarding updates such as leaves, absences, new hires, and employee documentation.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Knowledge of Spanish labor legislation.
- European citizenship.
- Full-time availability from Monday to Friday.
Preferred Experience:
- Previous experience in startups and technology companies will be highly valued.
