Requirements:

  • Proven track record of successfully managing and leading teams, with a focus on change management and process improvement
  • Knowledge and understanding of warehouse-supply chain interactions
  • Expertise in the use of a Warehouse Management System (WMS) to drive warehouse efficiency and accuracy
  • Strong background in EHS and Quality, with a solid understanding of regulatory requirements in a manufacturing environment
  • Project management skills highly regarded
  • Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish required
