Join Our Team as an Industrial Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Project Manager to join our team at Trouw Nutrition. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project management plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives and ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans to ensure project success.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, including financial and operational performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or business administration.
  • Proven experience in project management, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
