As a Manager of People Insights and Analytics, you will be instrumental in driving insights and strategic initiatives based on HR data. You'll have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams within our People & Culture organization, analyze workforce data to pinpoint areas for organizational enhancement, and implement data-driven strategies to improve employee engagement, performance, and overall organizational effectiveness. We are seeking an experienced People Analytics professional with practical experience to be part of our People & Culture Program Office. If you are inquisitive, data-savvy, enjoy managing projects, and are eager to learn and form opinions on various people trends and challenges - this position is for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Automate data flow for company-wide People & Culture reporting.
  • Configure and maintain the Workday People Analytics module and promote the tool's adoption.
  • Develop dashboards and organizational health reports for People Business Partners.
  • Support and/or conduct in-depth analyses on specific HR topics.
  • Perform advanced data analysis, identifying patterns and trends in people data.
  • Create data visualizations and employ data storytelling techniques to inform decision-making on people-related topics.
  • Co-develop the People Analytics strategy, manage strategic people projects, and actively participate in the transition from a reporting function to an analytics and insights-driven approach.
  • Implement best practices in People Analytics and stay updated with industry trends.

Required qualifications:

  • A university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field; or comparable hands-on experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in People Analytics, Data Analysis, People Strategy, or a related field.
  • Advanced skills in Workday, with experience in data structures, reporting, and People Analytics within the Workday suite.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, or similar.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey data-driven insights to diverse stakeholders (including senior management).
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, principles, and trends.
  • Hands-on mentality, independent work style, high reliability, and ability to collaborate in an international team.
  • Business fluency in English, both written and oral.
