About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Outcomes Researcher to join our team. This client-facing role will be responsible for leading strategic discussions and trainings related to the incorporation of digital measures and digital health technologies (DHTs) into clinical trial protocols using HumanFirst's Atlas software solution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement and Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding digital measures and DHTs. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
  • Strategic Leadership: Lead strategic calls and meetings with clients to discuss how to best apply digital measures and DHT to all therapeutic areas covered in the client's portfolio. Provide expert guidance on best practices, potential challenges, and solutions for incorporating DHTs into trial protocols.
  • Training and Education: Design and deliver comprehensive training sessions for clients on the use of digital health technologies in clinical trials. Develop training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online resources, to support client education.
  • Deliverable Preparation: Triage and complete customer requests for new data on DHTs and pieces of evidence (e.g. peer reviewed papers, clinical trials, regulatory decisions) to be added to Atlas within agreed upon timelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Health Informatics, Biomedical Engineering, or a health-related field. Advanced degree preferred.
