Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior MuleSoft Engineer to join our Digital Banking Hub in Madrid. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for establishing core digital banking and wallet solutions globally, while mentoring and providing support to junior associates.

About the Role

As a Senior MuleSoft Engineer, you will lead work on innovative technology solutions to drive API development and enhancements on the MuleSoft platform for the assigned region. You will demonstrate strong capabilities in assessing business needs while providing creative and effective solutions in conformance to emerging technology standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead technology projects and mentor junior associates
  • Hands-on experience working with and managing MuleSoft platform including Anypoint Studio, Exchange, and Connectors
  • Proven track record of writing high-quality, efficient code to build new APIs or integrate various system functionalities using existing APIs
  • Experience solving functional product needs by effectively leveraging the MuleSoft platform capabilities
  • Interface and collaborate with other engineers in geographically distributed development centers
  • Strong emphasis on customer journey, product quality, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and continuous development

Requirements

  • BS in Computer Science or related fields with 6+ years of professional experience or MS with 4+ years of experience
  • Ability to lead technology projects and mentor junior associates
  • Hands-on experience working with and managing MuleSoft platform including Anypoint Studio, Exchange, and Connectors
