We are seeking a highly skilled Senior MuleSoft Engineer to join our Digital Banking team in Madrid. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of innovative technology solutions using the MuleSoft platform.
About the Role
As a Senior MuleSoft Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Designing and implementing efficient technology solutions to drive API development and enhancements on the MuleSoft platform.
- Assessing business needs and providing creative and effective solutions in conformance to emerging technology standards.
- Executing to success through diligent planning, attention to detail, effective delegation, and efficient decision-making.
- Collaborating with other engineers in geographically distributed development centers.
- Developing technical and domain expertise and applying it in solving product challenges.
- Conducting thorough code reviews.
- Estimating engineering effort, planning implementation, and rolling out applications with cross-functional and cross-regional impacts.
- Sharing engineering support and release.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field with 6+ years of professional experience or a Master's degree with 4+ years of experience.
- Ability to lead technology projects and mentor junior associates.
- Hands-on experience working with and managing the MuleSoft platform, including Anypoint Studio, Exchange, and Connectors.
- A proven track record of writing high-quality, efficient code to build new APIs or integrate various system functionalities using existing APIs.
