Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Seasonal Customer Support Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries, and providing timely support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Interaction: Provide support to parents, families, and schools through various customer service channels, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries.
  • Order Assistance: Assist customers with photo orders, providing immediate support and ensuring seamless delivery of products.
  • Issue Resolution: Listen to customer concerns, resolve issues, and prioritize timely ticket resolution for daily closure.
  • Data Administration: Update customer information, request gallery details, and shipping status in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Gallery Management: Prepare and activate galleries, communicate with customers, close, and send for printing.
  • Digital Image Delivery: Prepare and send digital images to schools, including yearbook photos, staff portraits, class pictures, and graduate portraits.

  • Critical Thinking: You are a critical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Fluent in English: You are fluent in English, with a strong command of the language.
  • Excel Intermediate Knowledge: You have intermediate knowledge of Excel and are able to use it effectively in your daily work.
  • Tech-Savvy: You are tech-savvy and able to use various online platforms and software to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Reliable Remote Work Setup: You have a reliable remote work setup with a stable internet connection and no power outage issues.
  • Experience in Ticketing Software: You have experience in ticketing software and customer journey.
  • Experience in Customer Support: You have previous experience in customer support and administrative tasks, preferably in an educational or photography setting.
  • Skills: You have excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, strong organizational and multitasking abilities, and proficiency in customer service software.
  • Attributes: You are detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team, with the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
