About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Project Manager to join our Language Services organization at Empresa Reconocida. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the translation project process from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, schedule, and manage projects to meet client expectations and company goals
  • Assign and manage linguists, language specialists, and desktop publishers to ensure project success
  • Track project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure quality and cost control
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular status updates and project solutions
  • Facilitate effective communication within the project team and ensure completion of all project-driven administration and financial processes
  • Collect and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for assigned clients and drive innovation in project management processes
Requirements
  • 0-2 years of proven project management experience, preferably in life sciences translations
  • Experience with CAT/TMS tools and proficiency in MS Office suite
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic/vocational qualification
