About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior IT Application Owner to join our Partner Data team at Deutsche Bank. As a key member of our agile development team, you will be responsible for the functional analysis of epics and user stories in collaboration with stakeholders from various business units, operations, and development teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and translate high-level business requirements into software solutions
  • Extend the backend architecture, design enhancements, and establish best practices
  • Support the product owner and subject matter experts in stabilizing the application pre and post-production, providing L3 support in case of incidents
  • Participate in the mainframe development and cloud migration journey of the application
Requirements
  • 7-10 years' experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of COBOL, DB2, JCL, OPC
  • Knowledge of Liberty, JAVA, GCP (Cloud SQL, Big Query)
  • Basic technical capabilities and infrastructure knowledge (cloud technology and mainframe migration knowledge)
  • Experience with development process workflow SDLC, Change Management
  • Experience with tools across the Software development Lifecycle: Jira, Confluence
