Job Summary:

Sobi, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Assistant Haemophilia Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Medical Department, you will play a critical role in supporting our efforts to provide treatment and services to patients with rare diseases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage internal customer travel arrangements
  • Provide administrative support to the Medical and Marketing departments
  • Organize logistics for events, international fairs, trips, and seminars
  • Assist with the implementation of the EFPIA HCP/HCO Disclosure Code Compliance
  • Test and maintain the Sobi Data Collection Tool
  • Ensure healthcare compliance and maintain records of Sobi transfers of value to HCP/HCOs and promotional materials
  • Manage office supplies and maintain office equipment

Requirements:

  • Secretariat training in direction or assistant
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Advanced user of MS Office
