Digital Marketing Manager

L'objectif principal de ce poste est de développer et de mettre en œuvre les stratégies de marketing digital pour soutenir la croissance de papernest dans le marché français, espagnol et italien.
Responsabilités- Stratégie et Gestion de Projets : identifier et prioriser les opportunités de croissance, établir des feuilles de route et des plans d'action pour améliorer la visibilité et la notoriété de papernest.
- Management : coordonner une équipe de marketing digital, fournir un mentorat et un coaching pour aider les membres de l'équipe à atteindre leurs objectifs.
- Analyse des données : analyser les performances hebdomadaires et mensuelles des campagnes de marketing, identifier les opportunités de croissance et ajuster les stratégies en conséquence.
- Optimisation on-site : garantir la qualité du contenu publié sur les sites web de papernest, mettre en œuvre les meilleures pratiques SEO pour améliorer la visibilité des sites.
- Optimisation off-site : développer les interactions avec d'autres sites web pour améliorer la visibilité de papernest, lancer des campagnes marketing ciblées pour soutenir la croissance de l'entreprise.
- Expérience de 3 à 6 ans dans le domaine du marketing digital, avec une expertise en SEO ou en tant que consultant.
- Solides compétences analytiques, avec une très bonne maîtrise d'Excel.
- Connaissance de la langue française et anglaise, l'italien ou l'espagnol sont un plus.
- Esprit entrepreneurial, fast-learner, enthousiaste, capable de travailler en équipe et de tester de nouvelles idées.
