Key Responsibilities
- Plan, direct, manage, organize, monitor, and control the work of the Quality Department.
- Prepare the budget, monitor and control it; take responsibility for all tasks of the Quality Department, including monitoring and controlling the Company's Quality and Environment System, according to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.
- Approve the Company's Quality and Environment System, according to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.
- Approve the objectives and indicators of the Quality and Environment System.
- Make the Quality and Environment Policy and System available to all staff and motivate them to comply with it.
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality standards.
- Promote a Quality culture within the Organization and support continual improvement.
- Manage internal and external quality audits.
- Ensure supply chain partners conform to engineering specifications through audit and inspection.
- Support the organization in obtaining ISO certifications (e.g., 9001, and maintain them by performing all actions and arrangements needed to keep the certification.
- Develop training and awareness plans for Quality requirements.
- Implement procedures to control and audit Quality processes and systems.
- Develop and maintain procedures to improve Quality performance and competence.
- Establish objectives and action plans to achieve results.
- Prepare reports on Quality performance and present them to stakeholders.
- Provide advice and information to other departments and members of the company on Quality issues and other duties as assigned.
- Create reporting and KPI in Quality for the region.
- Manage team and people effectively.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 5+ years of experience in a similar position.
- Fluent in English.
- Extensive knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
- The ability to confidently communicate at all levels and clearly deliver information.
- A strong teamwork ethic with the ability to build strategic working relationships.
- Experience working in an international environment with an international mindset.
- The capacity to lead projects with the ability to manage relationships, build consensus, and resolve conflicts.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in renewable energy or a related field.
- Knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices pertaining to solar quality.
