Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Trainee O&M Management to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will assist in the supervision of Operation & Maintenance (O&M) activities for PV power plants, ensuring optimal plant performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct system monitoring and data analysis to identify issues and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
  • Assist in the preparation of regular performance and maintenance reports, including monthly, quarterly, and yearly yield assessments.
  • Support in processing warranty cases, ensuring timely resolution and documentation.
  • Analyze costs, focusing on preventive and corrective maintenance to optimize budgeting and resource allocation.

Requirements

  • Completed studies in Engineering, Technology, or Business Studies.
  • Relevant work experience in infrastructure or energy is an advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Fluent in Spanish and good in English; Portuguese skills are a plus.
