About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Risk Advisor to join our team at Swiss Re. As a key member of our Security Team, you will play a critical role in driving our digital risk governance process and ensuring the security and resilience of our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive risk assessments for digital services, ensuring the evaluation of information risks and data protection.
  • Focus on data governance within initiatives, utilizing data analysis technologies to ensure compliance with information security standards.
  • Plan, manage, and implement medium to large-sized process improvement initiatives for a risk assessment framework.
  • Drive end-to-end changes to the framework by working with respective domain partners and risk advisors.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver smooth and valuable experiences to our customers.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of work experience with at least 1–2 years of experience in leading IT system assessments, process management, and risk management.
  • A good understanding of data analysis platforms, data architectures, emerging data technologies, and data governance frameworks.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, accustomed to working on parallel tasks and projects with a geographically dispersed team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
