About the Role

As a Digital Risk Advisor at Swiss Re, you will play a critical role in driving the digital risk governance process by engaging with our customers and advisors across IT and business domains. Your primary responsibilities will include managing the change control for the framework-handling process review quality and Service Level Agreements (SLAs), establishing an efficient risk management process, and promptly escalating significant risks to senior management.

About the Team

The Security Team at Swiss Re is the focal point for all security activities across the organization. We are responsible for cybersecurity engineering and operations, corporate security, governance, operational resilience, risk, and compliance. Our team defines and advances the company's security and digital risk governance & control strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments for digital services, ensuring the evaluation of information risks and data protection.
  • Focus specifically on data governance within initiatives, utilizing data analysis technologies (such as artificial intelligence (AI), large-scale data analysis, and others) to ensure compliance with information security standards.
  • Plan, manage, and implement medium to large-sized process improvement initiatives for a risk assessment framework.
  • Deliver smooth and valuable experiences to our customers, minimizing frictions during the onboarding of digital services and explaining technical information clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Drive end-to-end changes to the framework by working with respective domain partners and risk advisors.
  • Drive advisors' SLAs and quality-oriented topics.
  • Collect continuous feedback across every customer touchpoint and seek to find creative solutions to improve the teams' overall efficiency.
  • Organize and facilitate meetings, and communicate the results across multiple collaborators, auditors, and global leadership teams.
