POSITION OVERVIEW

As a Senior SAP Authorization Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in the design, development, and ongoing management of TUI's SAP authorization and role frameworks, both on-premise and in the cloud. You will serve as a key partner to various business stakeholders, ensuring that all authorization-related matters are addressed effectively.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with project teams and provide daily support on authorization issues.
  • Develop and implement authorization strategies in partnership with business stakeholders, ensuring compliance with data security and GDPR regulations.
  • Conduct system landscape analyses to identify risks and resolve access-related challenges.
  • Utilize an engineering mindset to tackle authorization challenges, guiding teams in selecting appropriate tools for efficient problem-solving.
  • Exhibit a commercial approach to addressing business challenges, taking ownership of complex topics and initiatives.
  • Leverage your technical expertise to ensure secure authorization practices are integrated throughout the design and implementation of SAP solutions.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Experience in designing, implementing, and managing complex SAP system authorizations, particularly in SAP ERP, SRM, BI, and HR modules.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting security and authorization issues.
  • Conduct regular security assessments of SAP systems and recommend enhancements.
  • Identify security vulnerabilities and propose effective solutions.
  • Assist in the deployment of SAP GRC solutions.
  • Strong background in SAP on-premise authorization design, especially in FI/CO/SD/HR.
  • Understanding of Segregation of Duties and four-eyes principles.
  • Basic knowledge of ABAP in relation to authorization objects.
  • Familiarity with role-based permissions in SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Adeptness in IT security processes.
