About the Role

Fever is seeking a Junior Health and Safety Specialist to join its Health and Safety Team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing health and safety risks related to the company's operations and events. You will work closely with various departments to identify and mitigate risks, provide support and guidance, and contribute to creating a safe and healthy work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain health and safety management systems
  • Conduct risk assessments and supervise Fever workplaces and positions
  • Assess and mitigate risks associated with events promoted by Fever
  • Establish and control corrective and preventive actions
  • Conduct hygienic, ergonomic, and psychosocial risk assessments
  • Assess health and safety requirements in contracts with suppliers, venues, and partners
  • Manage health and safety legal and ISO requirements

About You

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a strong background in occupational risk prevention. You should have a minimum of one year of experience in a similar position and be fluent in English and Spanish. Other languages are a plus. You should be a team player with excellent communication skills and be available to start working in Madrid, full-time.
