Position Overview
The HR Services Coordinator is tasked with overseeing the management of employee onboarding, offboarding, role transitions, flexible work arrangements, leave management, data upkeep, and payroll data entry, among other responsibilities.
This role also involves providing support to employees regarding inquiries related to Human Resources policies, procedures, and transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize established procedures, policies, and knowledge resources to effectively address and resolve inquiries from employees and managers through various communication channels, ensuring adherence to service standards.
- Administer the maintenance of employee personal data, including new hires, terminations, and organizational changes, while ensuring compliance with record-keeping regulations.
- Process salary adjustments, bonuses, and other compensation variations using necessary systems and applications.
- Accurately compile relevant information for monthly payroll processing, ensuring compliance with audit controls.
- Enhance HR systems data integrity by identifying issues and collaborating with relevant stakeholders to implement improvements.
- Resolve issues within the scope of responsibility and contribute to ongoing process enhancements and standardization initiatives, collaborating with HR Service Center colleagues, Local HR, and Centers of Expertise as needed.
Participate in HR projects as required while effectively balancing daily operational tasks.

Qualifications
Educational Background
- A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, Technology, or a related field is required; a Master's Degree is preferred.
Essential Skills and Experience
- Proficiency in English is essential.
- Fluency in Romanian is mandatory.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in HR policies, practices, and procedures is required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with HR systems such as Workday and ServiceNow is necessary.
