About the Role

Talent Search People is seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our technology landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement integrated IT solutions that connect various technologies and systems.
  • Translate business processes into digital environments, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Make informed decisions about future solutions, considering complex setups, end-to-end flows, and digital tools.
  • Consult on integrations of multiple platforms, including DCR, SalesForce, Services, EDIs, MySchneider, and mobile apps.
  • Develop roadmaps, plans, and solution architectures that align with corporate strategies.
  • Present and argue final solutions to stakeholders, ensuring they meet corporate objectives.

Requirements

  • Strong business process knowledge, particularly in sales and marketing.
  • Understanding of data transformations, databases, and privacy issues like GDPR.
  • Familiarity with SAP SD module or another ERP SD module.
  • Excellent soft skills, including presenting, storytelling, fluent English, convincing, arguing, analytical thinking, and focus on topic.
  • Basic finance fundamentals, including understanding opex, capex, legal aspects, and financial processes.
  • Advantage knowledge of EDI, CRM (SalesForce), and E-commerce platforms.
  • Fluent English language skills.
