About the Opportunity
A new exciting opportunity has become available within the Sin Nombre team for a Cloud & Solution Architect role. In this role, you will be reporting to the Head of Digital Technology and you will be accountable for defining, building & executing the future roadmap for the Sin Nombre Cloud capabilities supporting all business operations. This role is to define the cloud and network capabilities to be used to ensure effective hosting and compute capabilities for all existing and future solutions added to the scope. You will be a recognized expert of the Cloud solutions (Azure, AWS...), Network, and ideally have additional knowledge on automation.
About Growing with Us
- Serve as the architect responsible for planning and design of cloud-based solutions and Network. Ensure solid adherence to existing and evolving security requirements for a robust and secured environment.
- Accountable for key design reviews and recommendations to digital management and IT governance, including: Selection and review of structural elements and their interfaces, by which a system is composed; Behaviour as specified in collaborations about those elements; Composition of these structural and behavioural elements into larger subsystems; Architectural system that guides the organization.
- Responsible to deliver Solution Architecture Documentation and maintain it accurate over time.
- Collaborate with the broader architecture community to provide input into IT strategies and standards, ensure solution reuse and to eliminate solution redundancy across the enterprise.
- Research and stay abreast of technology trends and assist with the development of solution, integration, workflow, cloud, infrastructure (including software defined storage and networking) and/or web service standards.
About You
- Qualifications/ Education & work experience: Bachelor's Degree (B.A.) or equivalent in Information Technology, Manufacturing/Quality Management and/or Manufacturing.
- 5+ years of work experience, including experience as solution architect in Cloud domain's (Azure, AWS).
- Broad background in different business.
- Proven hands-on experience with up-to-date technologies, architecture, development methods and tools in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of on-premise and cloud solutions and solution interoperability.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated conflict resolution & problem-solving skills in a global environment.
