Cloud Migration and Solution Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Migration and Solution Architect to join our team at Allianz Technology. As a key member of our IT service provider, you will be responsible for designing, building, and testing cloud architecture to ensure efficient data transfer and storage.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement cloud infrastructure to support business objectives
  • Maintain information accuracy and security during bulk data transfers
  • Troubleshoot and solve technical issues using prior knowledge and creativity
  • Vet cloud providers and third-party services for high-quality storage options within budget
  • Create data transfer and storage standard operating procedures and policy documentation
  • Stay up-to-date with current cloud computing solutions and processes
Requirements:
  • Deep understanding of cloud computing technologies, applications, and trends
  • Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, software application, and design
  • Experience using Microsoft Azure, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Amazon Web Services (AWS), or other major cloud computing services
  • Strong cloud migration and data management skills with an emphasis on data privacy and security
  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities and ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
  • Strong communication skills with willingness to collaborate with cross-functional departments and teams
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • Five years' experience as a Cloud Architect or similar role
  • Relevant industry certifications, such as Microsoft Azure, highly desirable
