Job Description

Project Planning and Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive project plan for cloud migration, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. Define project goals, scope, and deliverables in alignment with organizational objectives and technical requirements.

Technical Expertise: Possess a deep understanding of cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Alibaba Cloud) and best practices for migration. Evaluate existing infrastructure, applications, and systems to determine their suitability for migration and identify any necessary modifications or enhancements.

Team Leadership and Collaboration: Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, developers, architects, and other stakeholders throughout the migration process. Foster a collaborative and cohesive working environment, promoting communication, transparency, and knowledge sharing.

Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including executives, department heads, and external vendors. Communicate project status, updates, and milestones effectively, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.

Quality Assurance and Compliance: Ensure that all aspects of the migration comply with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and organizational policies. Establish and enforce quality assurance processes to verify the integrity, performance, and security of cloud infrastructure and applications.

Continuous Improvement: Monitor and evaluate project performance, identifying opportunities for optimization and refinement. Implement lessons learned and best practices to enhance future migration projects and organizational capabilities.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Alibaba Cloud ACP/ACE) preferred. Proven experience managing complex technical projects, particularly cloud migrations, with a track record of successful delivery on time and within budget.
