As a seasoned Solution Architect at Autodesk, you will be a key member of our Solution Design & Innovation Team in Consulting EMEA practice. You will leverage your expertise in integrating technical/functional Autodesk solutions to drive business advantage for our clients in the industry space. Your role will involve working closely with our customers' teams to architect and design solutions that align with their business strategy and success metrics.
Key Responsibilities- Stay up-to-date with technology trends affecting our customers and identify opportunities for innovation.
- Develop and document architecture and implementation processes to deploy solutions effectively.
- Lead and mentor developers and 3rd party consultants to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Create implementation strategy whitepapers for customers to adopt Autodesk solutions.
- Conduct workshops with key stakeholders to understand customer challenges and gather requirements.
- Analyze gaps between requirements and product/platform capabilities.
- Define Solution Architectures (Business, Application, Technology) that drive desired outcomes.
- Validate architectures feasibility, including Proof of Concept development.
- Plan implementation, quality assurance, and deployment of complex solutions.
- Lead and mentor implementation teams (internal, customer, and 3rd party).
- Participate in code reviews to ensure highest standards.
- Document and present solutions to key stakeholders.
- Travel up to 50% of working time.
- Experience in customer requirements management, application design, data modeling, database management, and solution development.
- Working experience with Cloud or Web-based technology (e.g., Full Stack Developer 4+ years).
- Knowledge and working experience in any of the following development languages: C#/.NET, Python, and JavaScript or TypeScript.
- Background in web front-end technologies such as Angular, React, and others.
- Experience with Autodesk Platform Services APIs (formerly Autodesk Forge Platform).
- Experience with Autodesk technology and product APIs.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and/or AWS services.
- Any of the following certifications: TOGAF, ArchiMate, ITIL, AWS Solution Architect, Azure Solution Architect.
- Familiarity with the concept of data architecture as a composition of models, policies, rules, or standards that govern which data is collected.
- Familiarity with No-SQL and Graph Databases.
