- Conduct thorough testing and validation procedures to minimize disruption and ensure a seamless transition to the cloud environment.
Continuous Improvement:
- Monitor and evaluate project performance, identifying opportunities for optimization and refinement.
- Implement lessons learned and best practices to enhance future migration projects and organizational capabilities.
- Stay informed about emerging trends and advancements in cloud technology, incorporating relevant innovations into project plans and strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Alibaba Cloud ACP/ACE) preferred.
- Proven experience managing complex technical projects, particularly cloud migrations, with a track record of successful delivery on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing principles, architectures, and services, along with hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, or Alibaba Cloud.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Demonstrated proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, as well as a passion for continuous learning and professional development.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin.
