Job Title: Technical Project Manager

Job Summary:

Shiji Group is seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to lead our cloud migration project. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive project plan, defining project goals and scope, and collaborating with technical teams to design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive project plan for the cloud migration, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  2. Define project goals, scope, and deliverables in alignment with organizational objectives and technical requirements.
  3. Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient cloud solutions.
  4. Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, developers, architects, and other stakeholders throughout the migration process.
  5. Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including executives, department heads, and external vendors.
  6. Ensure that all aspects of the migration comply with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and organizational policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred.
  • Proven experience managing complex technical projects, particularly cloud migrations, with a track record of successful delivery on time and within budget.
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing principles, architectures, and services, along with hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Alibaba Cloud.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
