Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Frontend Developer to join our team at WATA Factory. As a Senior Frontend Developer, you will be responsible for developing projects using Angular and Polymer. You will work closely with our agile teams to improve existing projects and develop new ones from scratch.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in agile teams to develop and improve projects
  • Develop reusable components from scratch for different projects
  • Conceive and develop solutions using Angular and Polymer
  • Develop innovative solutions to meet customer needs

Requirements

  • Full training as an IT specialist for application development, or a full study (BA, MA, Diploma), with relevant IT reference
  • Practical experience (>3 years) developing in the Angular ecosystem, and having created components with Polymer
  • Knowledge of Polymer, HTML, CSS, TypeScript, Aurelia (would be desirable), Mocha, SASS, Highcharts
  • Desired: End-to-End Test
  • A quality-oriented approach is required (Clean Code, automated testing, SOLID), as well as good knowledge of Git/Bitbucket, JIRA (inc. Fork/Branch, working with pull requests, etc.)
  • Confident, methodical, and with strong communication skills
  • Enthusiastic about current trends
  • Good level of written and spoken English (Level B1/B2 or higher). Knowledge of German would be desirable.
