Are you seeking an internship in marketing? If you are eager to delve into the world of Paid Social channels such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok while being part of a diverse international team, this opportunity is for you. We are on the lookout for a motivated Paid Social Marketing intern who is keen to understand the intricacies of Paid Social advertising.
The Role
As a member of the Display & Paid Social team, you will play a crucial role in establishing and refining social media marketing campaigns for our brands within the albelli-Photobox Group across various markets. We value ambition and a willingness to learn, and we encourage you to take on responsibilities early in your internship to support our team. You will gain practical experience and rapid learning opportunities through your involvement in campaign management operations, all while receiving guidance from a skilled team of professionals. The ideal candidate is ready to face new challenges and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Ensure top-quality social content across paid social and display media channels (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube) by assisting the team in reviewing creative assets provided by our in-house creative team.
- Support the team in crafting campaign briefs and managing project deliverables with internal stakeholders.
- Utilize automation tools to aid the team in the creative automation process.
- Provide weekly and monthly reports on campaign performance.
- Conduct thorough research to identify relevant paid social and display ads for our business.
- Contribute to the daily operations of the team, including creating landing pages, discount codes, and optimizing paid social campaigns for all our brands and markets.
Requirements
- Strong data-driven decision-making skills.
- Availability for 4-5 days a week for a minimum of 5 months.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Passion for social media, creative content, and online user behavior.
- Experience with Facebook Ads Manager and Smartly is a plus.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
- Proficiency in a second language (Spanish, Dutch, Swedish, German, or Norwegian) is advantageous.
- A collaborative team player.
- A genuine love for photography in all its forms.
