Social Media Advertising Internship

We are in search of a driven Paid Social Marketing Intern who is keen to delve into the world of Paid Social advertising. Ideal candidates are those who are inquisitive, adaptable, and enthusiastic about gaining practical experience in one of Europe's rapidly expanding eCommerce firms.
The Role
As a member of the Display & Paid Social team, you will assist in the setup and optimization of social media marketing campaigns for our brands across various markets. We value ambition and a quick learning ability, as you will be entrusted with responsibilities early on to support our team. Through involvement in operational tasks related to campaign management, you will gain valuable experience and knowledge swiftly. You will receive mentorship from a skilled team of professionals, preparing you to tackle new challenges in a dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities
- Ensure top-notch social content across paid social and display media channels (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube) by collaborating with the team to evaluate creative assets provided by our in-house creative team.
- Assist in the creation of campaign briefs and project management deliverables with internal stakeholders.
- Utilize automation tools to aid the team in the creative automation process.
- Provide weekly and monthly reports on campaign performance.
- Conduct thorough research to identify relevant paid social and display advertisements for our business.
- Contribute to the daily operations of the team, including creating landing pages, discount codes, and optimizing paid social campaigns for all our brands and markets.
Requirements
- Strong data-driven decision-making skills.
- Availability for 4-5 days a week for a minimum of 5 months.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Passion for social media, creative content, and online user behavior.
- Experience with Facebook Ads Manager and Smartly is a plus.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
- Proficiency in a second language (Spanish, Dutch, Swedish, German, or Norwegian) is advantageous.
- A collaborative team player.
- A genuine love for photography in all its forms.
