About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled QA Test Director to lead our team of QA testers and ensure the highest level of quality in our video game products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of QA testers, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous improvement.
  • Test Planning: Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies tailored to each game project, ensuring thorough coverage of all aspects including functionality, performance, compatibility, and usability.
  • Test Execution: Oversee the execution of test plans, coordinating testing efforts across multiple platforms and environments to identify and report defects accurately and efficiently.
  • Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce quality standards and best practices throughout the testing process, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and prioritize testing efforts to mitigate them, collaborating with development teams to address critical issues in a timely manner.
  • Tool and Process Improvement: Evaluate and implement new tools, technologies, and methodologies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the QA process.
