Your Role

We are seeking a full-time Site Facilities Engineer to bring your expertise in facilities management to our innovative projects. You will collaborate with a dynamic team of professionals, taking on exciting challenges in a cutting-edge environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the upkeep and optimal functioning of facilities. You will work closely with various departments, including production and supply chain, to ensure seamless operations.
  • Supervising the execution of Facilities Management contracts and ensuring compliance with established standards.
  • Managing and optimizing plant assets while adhering to legal and safety regulations, as well as company policies regarding environmental health and safety (EHS).

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor performance metrics in alignment with set objectives.
  • Assist in diagnosing incidents and developing improvement action plans.
  • Support the development of new infrastructures and maintenance scopes.
  • Manage projects that impact infrastructure, energy supply, and facilities.
  • Ensure all activities are conducted within the allocated budget.

Candidate Profile

We prioritize enthusiasm and a proactive attitude over extensive experience. While we do not expect you to possess every skill, the following qualifications will enhance your success in this role:

  • Technical degree in Industrial Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical) or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 5 years in similar roles.
  • Strong management skills with a focus on urgency, decision-making, and prioritization.
  • Organizational skills for planning and executing activities methodically.
  • Operational efficiency, teamwork, and transparent communication.
  • Familiarity with building systems and installations (e.g., compressors, HVAC, electrical systems).
  • Proficiency in office automation and monitoring/control systems.
  • Experience with CMMS tools for maintenance supervision.
