- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including ASO, Product, and Business departments, to develop and execute joint growth initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to inform management decisions and drive business outcomes.
- Design, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, Snapchat, and Search Ads.
- Develop and commission creative assets that drive successful campaign results.
- Perform A/B testing and KPI management on iOS and Google Play marketplaces.
- Analyze key metrics and data to identify opportunities for increasing Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
- Set up and manage programmatic advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Display & Video 360, The Trade Desk, and similar Demand-Side Platforms.
- Build and maintain relationships with ad exchanges, ad networks, and other industry partners.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in campaign optimization on Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, and similar platforms.
- Degree in marketing, advertising, journalism, or related fields.
- Master's degree in SEM, Digital Marketing, Digital Analytics, or related fields.
- Strong communication, strategic, and team management skills.
- Analytical skills and passion for data-driven decision making.
- Advanced level of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to self-manage and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
- Proactivity and willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and strategies.
- Minimum level of English B2 proficiency.
- Experience working with mobile attribution services (AppsFlyer, Adjust...) and ASO would be an asset.
