Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and friendly Bell Stand Attendant to join our team at Marriott Vacations Worldwide. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist guests with luggage and baggage, ensuring timely and efficient delivery to their rooms.
  • Answer bell stand mobile phone within required time frame, responding promptly to guest requests and inquiries.
  • Deliver guest items required by the guest, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Complete all required checklists per shift, maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
  • Great all guests in a friendly and efficient way, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Walk the security points in the resort, ensuring a safe and secure environment for our guests.
  • Advise reception on all unusual happenings in the resort, maintaining open communication and collaboration.
  • Collect all trolleys from the floors and send them to the assigned parking lots, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
  • Be always visible for reception, ensuring a prompt response to guest requests and inquiries.
  • Collect any paper/rubbish from public area, maintaining a clean and tidy environment.
  • Ensure timely delivery/retrieval of all luggage, packages, etc. either checked or left at reception.
  • Supply directions and information regarding unit property, staff and services, including hours of operations and the immediate area.
  • Arrange and store luggage carts safely, ensuring proper loading habits and protection of guest property.
  • Monitoring the main entrance and welcome all guests, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Ensure cleanliness and neatness of work area using free time for cleaning, maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Minimum lifting 15kg
  • Pushing, pulling, bending, stooping, upward reaching
  • Some exposure to cleaning chemicals
  • Prolonged periods of standing and/or walking
  • Exposure to extreme temperatures
