About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team in Firenze. As a key member of our logistics and operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our warehouse and ensuring that all shipments are processed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate the activities of warehouse employees and drivers to ensure timely and accurate processing of shipments.
  • Develop and implement efficient logistics and inventory management systems to minimize costs and maximize productivity.
  • Conduct quality control checks on incoming and outgoing products to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in operations management, logistics, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of improving efficiency and reducing costs in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
