About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled City Center Manager to lead our team in Gothenburg. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Residential Interior Designer accounts, building strong relationships with local partners, and overseeing the daily operations of the City Center team.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Sales and Business Development:
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key architects and designers in the area.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including tracking competitor activity.
    • Collaborate with the sales force to generate high-quality leads and ensure profitable growth in market share.
  2. Team Management and Operations:
    • Lead and motivate the design team to achieve sales and brand recognition goals.
    • Oversee the daily operations of the City Center team, including budget management and ROI analysis.
  3. Community-Building and Networking:
    • Plan and execute events and activities that align with the mission of Cosentino and have a positive impact on sales.
    • Build and maintain relationships with local partners and stakeholders.
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales and management in the construction or technical sector.
  • Strong knowledge of the construction market, architects, and interior designers.
  • Proven skills in generating sales reports, expenses, and visits.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to interact with all levels of the industry and organization.
