Skello is a European company with a single mission: to reinvent the experience of working on the ground by allowing teams to better anticipate, organize, and communicate.

Our solution, Skello, is a SaaS HR management tool for all establishments with complex schedules. For managers, Skello optimizes work organization and helps with decision-making on team-related costs. For employees, Skello facilitates communication and simplifies their daily lives.

Context

Skello is seeking Sales Graduates for a structured development program that will allow participants to specialize in various sectors and evolve within the company. Initially, you will focus on the hospitality sector for 6 months, followed by 6 months in a different sector. After 12 months, there are three potential growth opportunities within the company: Senior BDR, Sales Executives, or New Business/Market Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify key market players assigned to you
  • Create sales opportunities with potential clients through various channels (cold calls, cold emails, etc.)
  • Qualify prospect needs and spark interest in Skello
  • Obtain a demo presentation appointment with your prospects for the Sales Executives team you will work closely with
  • Follow up on ongoing negotiations with Sales Executives
  • Participate in the evolution of sales processes and techniques: new prospecting techniques, helping to increase market penetration rates, etc.
Desired Profile
  • Last-year student in a Master's in Business Administration or related field
  • Native Spanish speaker with a deep understanding of local culture in Spain
  • Fluency in English and/or French, both are a significant advantage
  • Ready to launch in September 2024
  • Experience in Account Management, Business Development, or Sales
  • Natural salesperson: dynamic, persuasive, and proactive
  • You describe yourself as an entrepreneur and enjoy taking on responsibilities
  • You have a strong growth mindset, are willing to learn and improve, and can accept feedback positively
  • Resilient: you don't give up easily and understand that success is not always linear
