Job Description:

Skello is a European company with a single mission: to reinvent shift work through a collaborative solution that allows the entire team to better anticipate, organize, and communicate.

In particular, Skello is a SaaS HR management solution for all establishments with complex schedules.

For managers, Skello optimizes work organization, helping them make better decisions on personnel costs management.

For employees, Skello facilitates easy and open communication, simplifying daily life.

Context:

Skello is looking for Sales Graduates to join a structured development program that will allow participants to specialize in various sectors and evolve within the company.

Initially, you will focus on the hospitality sector for 6 months, followed by 6 months in a different sector.

After completing the 12-month program, there are three potential growth opportunities within the company:

Senior BDR, Sales Executives, or as a specialist in new business/markets.

Responsibilities:

Identify key market actors assigned to you.

Create sales opportunities with potential clients through various channels (cold calls, cold emails, etc.).

Evaluate the prospect's needs and spark their interest in Skello.

Obtain a meeting for a product demonstration with your prospects, which will be handled by the Sales Executives team with whom you will work closely.

Follow up on ongoing negotiations with the Sales Executives team.

Participate in the evolution of sales processes and techniques:

New prospecting techniques, help increase market penetration rates.

Desired Profile:

Final-year student of a Master's in Business Administration / Business or related field.

Native Spanish speaker with a deep understanding of local culture in Spain.

Fluency in English and/or French, both are a significant advantage.

Ready to launch in September 2024.

Experience in Account Management, Business Development, or Sales.

Sales Professional:

Dynamic, persuasive, and proactive.

You describe yourself as an entrepreneur and enjoy taking on responsibilities.

You have a strong growth mindset, are willing to learn and improve, and can accept feedback positively.

Do not give up easily and understand that success is not always linear.
