About the Role
We're seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented individual to join our Audit and Insight team. As a Quality Auditor, you'll be responsible for auditing program-level defects, analyzing and reporting on defect data and trends. You'll also drive projects and initiatives, collate quality data, and provide quality updates to the leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and evaluate facts surrounding transactions, identify process deviations, and conduct audits.
- Communicate with external customers, financial institutions via phone and/or email during the audit process.
- Identify new MO/Fraud patterns, provide analysis on process adherence and risk, and communicate trends and actionable solutions to QA leadership and Operational stakeholders.
- Provide training need analysis to management and training team for individuals/team/site to address knowledge gaps.
- Engage with global stakeholders and peers, drive Calibration efforts across sites, and provide inputs to GPO, GFPOCs for SOP/Process/Tool improvements or changes.
- Drive projects on automation to reduce QA manual efforts and improve QA yields.
- Develop strategic policies to ensure process improvement and produce daily, weekly, and monthly analyses and reports on defect trends and root causes.
About the Team
The Audit and Insight team audits Seller registration, verification, and compliance checks for different marketplaces. We generate insights and provide recommendations for process improvements to enhance seller experience, efficiency improvement, and operational excellence.

Basic Qualifications
- Experience with Excel.
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English.
