Join the Product Data Operations (PDO) team as a Content Moderator. In this role, you will play a crucial part in reviewing and moderating user-generated content to ensure adherence to our established guidelines, contributing to a safe and respectful online community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Moderate content that ranges from mild to moderately sensitive.
  • Stay updated on product offerings and community standards.
  • Examine comments, videos, and posts for any violations of guidelines.
  • Investigate and respond to account support inquiries and content reports.
  • Provide high-quality support in response to user inquiries.
  • Utilize market-specific insights to enhance community support.
  • Analyze data to improve user experiences.
  • Enforce platform policies by monitoring and addressing reports of abuse.
  • Identify inefficiencies in workflows and suggest improvements.
  • Recognize emerging trends and escalate issues as necessary.
Essential Skills:
  • Fluency in Italian.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Exceptional communication abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical capabilities.
  • Professional handling of sensitive content.
  • Prior experience in content moderation is preferred.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
