About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Language Content Specialist to join our team at Amazon. As a key member of our Prime Video Global Operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and accuracy of our content.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Content Quality Assurance: Apply your expertise in the Swedish language to execute standard, small-scale projects or assigned components of a larger project to improve processes, using tools or reporting to achieve quality metrics or improvements.
  2. Escalation Management: Manage escalation on routine/predefined tasks, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  3. Media Asset Creation: Create or fix media assets such as subtitles, metadata, or artwork with high quality, meeting Amazon's standards.
About the Team

Our Prime Video Global Operations team partners with various stakeholders across Prime Video to oversee asset deliveries, system processing, and assembly, ensuring defect-free and complete content publishing to our global audience. We prioritize delivering a seamless customer experience, and our DigiFlex Operations organization plays a vital role in achieving this goal.

Requirements
  1. Language Proficiency: Fluency in Swedish language with understanding of region-specific jargon/colloquialism (level C1).
  2. Communication Skills: Fluency in English both verbal and written.
  3. Technical Skills: Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Results-Oriented: Ability to deliver results and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  2. Critical Thinking: Ability to apply critical thinking and provide insights while working with creative content.
  3. Digital Media Knowledge: Understanding of digital media and/or digital video supply chain.
  4. Industry Experience: Experience in Post house/Studios industry in the content publishing or quality management domain.
