As a key member of this team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Requirements- Experience in directly managing 2+ front-line managers.
- Experience in managing a 40+ member team.
- Experience in analysing data and best practices to assess performance drivers.
- Experience in influencing both external and internal stakeholders.
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
- Certified or trained in Lean Six Sigma methodology.
- Experience and proficiency in the content publishing or quality management domain.
- Experience and understanding of digital media and/or digital video supply chain.
- Experience in data analysis, either through professional experience or education.
