**Job Summary**
As a Process Packaging Engineer, you will support our customers in all industrial activities in the field of process packaging engineering.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide support for both conceptual and detailed design and testing on major capital projects.
- Approve the design of packaging equipment based on user requirements.
- Implement the verification strategy based on the design and failure model analysis of the equipment.
- Perform engineering analysis and prepare reports to define the optimal operating ranges for equipment parameters.
- Provide technical support for troubleshooting during the commissioning and qualification phase.
- Perform commissioning and qualification testing on the equipment.
- Provide technical support for integration of the line with site automation systems and serialization equipment.
**Knowledge Sharing**
Serve as a key resource to support site packaging engineering groups, domestic and global, and gain support for ideas or positions on difficult issues.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- 3+ years of engineering experience in plant, process, project delivery, maintenance, or related fields supporting packaging operations.
- Experience with packaging equipment, specifications, qualification/validation process, product/package stability, and packaging components.
- Experience with vendor management.
- Establish key relationships with sites.
- Problem-solving skills – anticipates.
- Ability to work independently and with minimal direction.
- Ability to work across boundaries (functional, geographic, external company, etc).
- Knowledge on documentation management, Kneat Platform, and ability to execute test cases, checklists, and capture a pending point list with appropriate responsible and resolution.
**Travel Requirements**
Heavy travel is required (> 50%).
**Language Skills**
Proficient in English (written and oral).
