Role Overview
Key Responsibilities:
Develop the annual budget and quarterly forecasts for the Group, collaborating with global business leaders to review, challenge, and consolidate their proposals. Act as a business partner to stakeholders across critical business sectors, aiding in decision-making and operational analysis. Analyze performance against budget, including monthly closing assessments, identifying trends, and proposing enhancements. Seek out and implement opportunities for cost reduction or margin enhancement. Serve as a liaison to Global Leaders, pinpointing deviations and trends for monthly rolling forecasts. Participate in the preparation of 3-Year Forecasts and Cash Flow projections. Work alongside the BI department and the Controller to create insightful reports and dashboards that monitor business performance and provide valuable insights to leadership.Candidate Profile
Essential Qualifications:
Proficient analytical and financial modeling capabilities. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with senior leaders, influencing decisions and driving change in a cross-functional global setting. 4-5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, financial controlling, or investment banking. Familiarity with budgeting and forecasting processes. Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. Advanced proficiency in Excel. Capacity to adapt and thrive in a rapidly changing environment with competing priorities. Proactive attitude, excelling in dynamic and evolving settings. Ability to perform under tight deadlines. Strong attention to detail. Excellent command of the English language.Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Business Administration or Finance, or a recognized Accounting qualification. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau or Google Data Studio). Familiarity with planning tools (e.g., Anaplan, Workday, or similar). Knowledge of SQL.Additional Benefits
