Responsibilities:

* Be a trusted advisor to clients, preparing personalized consultations and following up to close sales
* Act as an ambassador of the VRAI brand, assisting clients with jewelry selection, diamond education, and company policy
* Maintain a calendar of virtual and in-person appointments, managing your lead pipeline, and nurturing/developing leads
* Collaborate with the sales team on clienteling, sharing customer trends and product feedback to improve the customer experience
* Work with the marketing and product team on product launches, in-store events, and activations

Requirements:

* E-commerce or retail sales experience with a proven ability to close sales in a high-volume environment
* Diamond expertise and jewelry experience strongly preferred
* Independent, motivated, and well-organized with excellent writing and communication skills
* Compassionate, positive, patient, and people-person with strong technological skills
